- How long are shipping times?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and then take up to 5-7 business days to arrive. During high demand and holiday season, it may take up to 2 weeks to reach your doorstep. Larger packages may take additional time to arrive as they require special carrier pick-up. We source our products from all around the world and strive to give you the fastest shipping available. Each product has an estimated time of arrival displayed below the title of that item so you know when to expect your package to arrive by.
- What's your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy. For returning a product, please contact us within 30 days from the day that you received your order. You will then have additional 15 days to have the product returned to us from the moment of its approval. We will accept a return as long as all merchandise is in the original packaging and received back in the condition in which it shipped.
RMA number must be assigned and we request tracking information in advance.
Refund for the order will be upon receipt of the item and not before.
Return policy does not apply to: clearance items, special orders, custom orders.
- Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
